THREE’ is a dance performance designed for children aged 5 and above.
It explores connections, as an encounter between two individuals evolves into an encounter among three.

Three dancers are figuring out their position in space.
They determine their position amongst each other.
They play.
They challenge each other.
How does the dynamic change when a third person enters a room? What choices do we make when we are longing to belong?

About the choreographer

Ilke Teerlinck

Ilke Teerlinck, trained at the Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts in the Netherlands, works as a contemporary dancer, performer, and choreographer for companies such as tout petit and Compagnie Irene K. in Belgium. She is deeply passionate about creating pieces for young audiences. She made her choreographic debut in 2022 with “Zullen we samen…”, followed in 2024 by *THREE* and the compact outdoor version, *Out of Three*.

Ilke’s work is characterized by a powerful contemporary movement language, closely linked to her interest in human relationships and social interactions.
